The Passform Zapier integration lets you create and upsert passes from any app in the Zapier ecosystem — no code required.

Accept the Zapier invite

Open the Passform Zapier integration and click Accept Invite & Build a Zap.

Add your API key

When prompted to connect your Passform account, enter your API key from the dashboard. Zapier stores it securely and uses it for all Passform actions in your Zaps.

Upsert Pass

Creates a new pass or updates an existing one for a given template and pass ID.
Upsert Pass replaces the whole pass each time it runs, using only the fields listed above.
  • Map every one of those fields that the pass should keep, not only the ones that changed. Any field left empty is cleared.
  • Values the action has no input for are removed from the pass. This includes a custom code, primaryValue, metadata, and locations.
Use this action to update passes that only use the fields above. For passes that rely on the other values, such as membership and generic passes, which need a primaryValue, update them through the API instead.

Example Zaps

Trigger: Google Sheets — New Spreadsheet RowAction: Passform — Upsert PassMap the sheet columns to the pass fields. Use a unique row ID or customer ID as the Pass ID so the same pass is updated if the Zap runs again for the same row.
Trigger: Your ecommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) — Order RefundedAction: Passform — Upsert PassSet Pass ID to the order ID, set Voided to true, and map the same field values you used when issuing the pass. The pass updates instantly in the customer’s wallet.
Trigger: Your CRM or loyalty platform — Contact UpdatedAction: Passform — Upsert PassMap the points field to a pass field value. Passform pushes the update to the customer’s wallet automatically.
